Hamilton Aged and Infirmed Center

The HAIC or the Hamilton Aged and Infirmed Center was formed when Kilby Correctional Facility transferred its aged and infirmed inmates to a particular facility in Alabama and when Hamilton Work Release Center closed. Apparently, the population of inmates who were transferred and the population of inmates from closed facility merged to a one new facility, the HAIC. Eventually, the facility gets larger and larger and it has a total capacity to house 300 inmates now. Aside from the high level of security, this facility also offers complete medical services for every inmate.
